Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories and cables.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
